How long do I have to subscribe for?

You can subscribe for as long or as little as you like. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, so you’re free to change your mind as you wish. Our subscriptions are offered on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you need to cancel your subscription, you can do so in the My Account section here.


Please note, you’ll need to cancel your subscription at least before 10pm 6 days prior to your scheduled delivery day to make sure this is recorded on your account. For example if your scheduled delivery day is Thursday we need to receive your cancellation by 10pm on the Friday before.

Can I skip my subscription delivery?

Yes, you can skip any delivery within your Eat Fresh subscription by visiting the My Subscription page in your account.

Just select the order for the delivery and click "Skip". You'll receive an email confirmation for this delivery.

Note

Note: You will need to skip your delivery in MySubscription 6 days before delivery to make sure we're up to date. If we've taken card pre-authorisation for your next box 7 days before the delivery and you skip the box after this point, then the payment will not be collected and the pre-authorisation will drop off your pending transactions as per the terms with your bank.

If I subscribe will I get the same meals?

Not unless you want to. We’ll remind you each time you’re due a delivery so you can choose the meals you’d like for that order. We add new recipes each week, so there’ll always be something new to try. If you don’t select any recipes, we’ll choose them for you based on what you’ve previously ordered. 


Don’t forget to make sure you have made any amends to your recipe selection by at least 3 days before your delivery is due, so we can start preparing these for you.

Can I change my delivery address for my Eat Fresh subscription?

If you need to update your delivery address at any point then please visit the My Account page here. You will be able to update your details at for any future Eat Fresh subscription boxes.

  1. Log into your Eat Fresh account
  2. Click the “Account” drop down in the top right corner
  3. Navigate to “My Subscription”
  4. Select your subscription box, and choose from your existing address list

If you need to add a new address to your account, then you can do this in the “My Details” section of your account. 

Please note, you’ll need to make sure any amends are complete at least 6 days before your next delivery is due to make sure this is recorded on your account.

How can I update my subscription payment method?

To update your payment details, please follow the below instructions:

  1. Log into your Eat Fresh account
  2. Click the “Account” drop down in the top right corner
  3. Navigate to “My Subscriptions”
  4. Select your subscription
  5. Click “edit” next to your payment details
  6. Enter and save your new or updated payment details 

When you submit these new card details, we will reserve authority for your next delivery payment from your card issuer.

Please note any amends must be made no later than 6 days before your next scheduled delivery.

How will payment be collected for my subscription?

Once you have placed an order on a subscription basis, you will receive a confirmation email and authority for the first payment will be requested from your card issuer when you place your order with us. We will debit your card with the full price when your Eat Fresh box is dispatched with our carrier.


We will reserve authority for each subsequent payment from your card issuer 7 days before the delivery of your next Eat Fresh recipe box. We will then collect payment 48 hours before delivery. You will receive an email if your payment fails at any point for your subscription. We will debit your card with the full price of your order at the point at which we hand over your Eat Fresh recipe box to our carrier.


Note: If you edit your subscription order to include Premium Recipes or Add-On products at an additional cost, then we will reserve payment from your card issuer 7 days before your delivery for the usual subscription price you pay. We will then authorise your card again 48 hours before delivery with the final amount to pay, including any additional charges that you have added to your order.

What if my payment fails for my subscription?

If your payment fails for any reason then you will receive an email to let you know with instructions of how to update your payment details (in the My Account page) to make sure you don’t miss out of your Eat Fresh subscription.

Please note, you’ll need to make sure any amends are complete at least 6 days before your next delivery is due to make sure this is recorded on your account. If your details are not updated then your next Eat Fresh subscription will be cancelled.

If there are 3 consecutive orders with failed payments, then your subscription will be automatically put on hold until your payment details are updated. You can do this by contacting our Customer Services team here.

How do I know if my order has been placed?

If your order has been successful you will receive a confirmation via email. Payment will be taken for your order as soon as you confirm at the end of the checkout journey. You will also be able to see your upcoming order or subscription in the My Account page. 

If the money has not come out of your account and you do not have an order confirmation, then unfortunately this means your order has not been successful. We apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused. Please contact Customer Services here if you need any further help.

Can I unskip my subscription delivery?

Yes, you can unskip any previously skipped delivery within your Eat Fresh subscription by visiting the My Subscription page in your account.


Just select the order for the skipped delivery and click "Unskip". You'll receive an email confirmation for this delivery.

Note: You will need to unskip your delivery in MySubscription at least 7 days before delivery so we can start preparing your order.
