How can I get a replacement part, or the instruction manual, for my Morrisons garden furniture or barbecue, if it's missing or damaged?
If a Morrisons self-assembly garden furniture or barbecue product has a part missing, damaged or in some other way unsatisfactory at the time you buy it, we will aim to resolve the problem so you can enjoy your purchase and avoid the cumbersome exercise of returning it to store. You can also download the user instructions. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
We can send you a fixings pack (e.g. nuts and bolts) from our stock in the UK (up to 5 working days for delivery) or arrange for a component part to be sent from our manufacturer (up to 10 working days), in both cases direct to your home address. To provide this service, we need to pass your personal details to those third parties who need it to arrange the delivery to you – the information will be used for no other purpose.
We are unable to provide parts which are not intended as components for self-assembly products, or for older products which are not part of our range for the 2021 season. In some cases it may be impracticable to provide larger or multiple parts, but in any case a Customer Services representative will acknowledge your request and advise how we can best help you.
Head over to the email us section here and click on 'Home & Garden', then select Furniture/Barbecue.
