Morrisons Alexa Skill

Who can use the Morrisons Alexa Skill?

Customers in certain areas can currently link their Morrisons groceries account to the Alexa Skill. We’re working hard to roll this out to more areas in the future.


To find out if your account is compatible, please enable the Morrisons Skill, login to your groceries account when prompted to by Alexa, and “ask Morrisons” to add to your basket.

Please note that some accounts will currently only be able to use the Morrisons Alexa Skill with their Click & Collect orders

What devices can I use the Morrisons Alexa Skill on?

You can use the Morrisons Alexa Skill on any device that has Alexa enabled - this includes Echo Dot, Echo Show, Facebook Portal, certain Smart TVs, and even your mobile phone via the Alexa app.

How do I get started with Morrisons using Alexa?

Just say "Alexa, enable Morrisons" to get going. If you're not near your Alexa device, simply search for 'Morrisons' in the Alexa app.


You'll then need to link your Morrisons.com shopping account on the Alexa app, so that you can use the Morrisons Skill when you need to do some shopping. You'll only need to link your account once.

What can I do on the Morrisons Alexa Skill?

You can do your online shopping by voice using Alexa. It's quick and easy to reorder your Favourites or stock up when you've run out of something. To manage your shop, try saying things like "Add bread to my basket" or ask Alexa things like "Is my delivery on time?".

Do my Favourites get stored in Alexa?

The Morrisons Skill chooses products from your Favourites - and if Alexa suggests something different to what you need, just ask her to "Suggest another" or "Remove it".

How do I know if something has been added successfully?

Alexa will repeat the name and price of everything she thinks you want when you ask her to add something. If she doesn't hear you correctly or the item isn't right, just say: "Suggest another" or "Remove".

What if Alexa hasn’t added the correct items to my basket?

The Morrisons Skill will automatically choose products from your Favourites, so Alexa’s suggestions will get more accurate the more you shop. If she suggests something different to what you need, you can ask her to “suggest another” or “remove it”.


If you’ve already got something in your basket and change your mind, then just ask Alexa “remove (product) from my basket”.

Can I checkout or edit my existing orders with Alexa?

Currently, you cannot checkout and pay for your order, or edit an existing order with the Morrisons Alexa Skill. Please visit the Morrisons.com website or app to do this.
