How do I cancel my Food Box subscription?

You can cancel your Food Box subscription by visiting the My Account page on our website here

  1. Log into your Food Boxes account
  2. Click the “Account” drop down in the top right corner
  3. Navigate to “My Subscriptions”
  4. Select your subscription and click “cancel”

If your cancellation is received by 10pm 3 days before your next scheduled Food Box delivery day, then you will not receive delivery of the Food Box and no charges will be made. For example if your scheduled delivery day is Wednesday and you cancel your subscription by 10pm on the Sunday before, your delivery and all subsequent deliveries will be cancelled.  


If we receive your subscription cancellation less than 3 days before the next scheduled delivery, that delivery will not be cancelled and you will be charged.  All other deliveries will also be cancelled.

Can I skip my subscription delivery?

Yes, you can skip any delivery within your Food Boxes subscription by visiting the My Subscription page in your account.


Just select the order for the delivery and click "Skip". You'll receive an email confirmation for this delivery.

Note

Note: You will need to skip your delivery in MySubscription 3 days before delivery to make sure we're up to date. If we've taken card pre-authorisation for your next box 7 days before the delivery and you skip the box after this point, then the payment will not be collected and the pre-authorisation will drop off your pending transactions as per the terms with your bank.

Can I change the delivery date of my subscription Food Box?

If you want to change the delivery date for your subscription Food Box then please contact Customer Services here.


Please note, you’ll need to make sure any amends are complete at least 3 days before your next delivery is due to make sure this is recorded on your account.

Can I change my delivery address for my subscription Food Box?

If you need to update your delivery address at any point then please visit the My Account page on our website morrisons.com/food-boxes or through our mobile app, Morrisons Grocery. You will be able to update your details at account level for any future Food Boxes that you’re subscribed to receive.

  1. Log into your Food Boxes account
  2. Click the “Account” drop down in the top right corner
  3. Navigate to “My Details”
  4. Select edit the required fields and click “save”

Please note, you’ll need to make sure any amends are complete at least 3 days before your next delivery is due to make sure this is recorded on your account.

How can I update my subscription payment method?

To update your payment details, please follow the below instructions:

  1. Log into your Food Boxes account
  2. Click the “Account” drop down in the top right corner
  3. Navigate to “My Subscriptions”
  4. Select your subscription
  5. Click “edit” next to your payment details
  6. Enter and save your new or updated payment details

When you submit these new card details, we will reserve authority for your next delivery payment from your card issuer.

Please note any amends must be made no later than 3 days before your next scheduled delivery.

What is the minimum subscription period?

All our subscription Food Boxes are currently offered on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis. Once you sign up to a subscription, you will continue to receive a Food Box in accordance with your chosen frequency until either you or we cancel our contract.

How will payment be collected for my subscription?


Once you have placed an order on a subscription basis, you will receive a confirmation email and authority for the first payment will be requested from your card issuer when you place your order with us. We will debit your card with the full price when your Food Box is dispatched with our carrier.


We will reserve authority for each subsequent payment from your card issuer 7 days before the delivery of your next Food Box. We will then authorise your card again 48 hours before delivery. You will receive an email if your payment fails at any point for your subscription. We will debit your card with the full price of your order at the point at which we hand over your Food Box to our carrier.

What if my payment fails for my subscription?

If your payment fails for any reason then you will receive an email to let you know with instructions of how to update your payment details (in the My Account page) to make sure you don’t miss out of your subscription Food Box.


Please note, you’ll need to make sure any amends are complete at least 3 days before your next delivery is due to make sure this is recorded on your account. If your details are not updated then your next subscription Food Box will be cancelled.


If there are 3 consecutive orders with failed payments, then your subscription will be automatically put on hold until your payment details are updated. You can do this by contacting our Customer Services team here.

How do I know when my order is being sent?

Once you have placed an order on a subscription basis, you will receive a confirmation email. 


You’ll receive a reminder email a week before each subsequent delivery to let you know your delivery date.

  • For weekly subscriptions, you will receive a box every 7 days.
  • For fortnightly subscriptions, you will receive a box every 14 days.
  • For monthly subscriptions, you will receive a box every 28 days.

Please note disruption to our delivery service may occur on Bank Holidays

How do I know what type of subscription Food Box I will be sent?

You will receive the Food Box you requested at the time you set up your subscription. Please see the individual product pages for information of what this will include. 


If you want to receive a different Food Box, then please order a separate subscription for this Food Box.

Can I order a one off Food Box, or change the address to gift one of my subscription Food Boxes?

You can order a one off Food Box at any time. You can also add a gift card message on any of our Flowers or Gifting Food Boxes.


You can change your address details at any time on the My Account page. Please note this will change your address for all future Food Boxes, so if this is for a one off gift then make sure you remember to change your details back before your next Food Box is due.

Can I unskip my subscription delivery?

Yes, you can unskip any previously skipped delivery within your Food Boxes subscription by visiting the My Subscription page in your account.


Just select the order for the skipped delivery and click "Unskip". You'll receive an email confirmation for this delivery.

Note: You will need to unskip your delivery in MySubscription at least 7 days before delivery so we can start preparing your order.
