How do I see my More card balance online?

You can see your balance through your More account. Simply log in to your More account, your balance is located in the circle above transactions.

Why have points from my shopping or coupon not gone on to my account?

A few things to check if you have noticed your Promotional More points have not been applied to your account.

  1. Promotional points can take up to 72 hours to update to your account, have you left enough time for the points to be applied since you shopped?
  2. Did the Coupon print when your card was scanned or was this given to you - As we like to make promotions as personalised as possible to match our customers, coupons are account specific so will not work against a card the coupon is not for.
  3. Have you read all the Terms & Conditions of the promotion? Each promotion will have its own T&c's this covers terms of the promotion and and restrictions you may not be able to buy as part of the qualifying shop. The T&c's will be simply broke down on the Coupon or Email itself, give these a quick read to check nothing was in the shop that isn't allowed as part of this offer.
  4. If it's a Coupon Promotion, has the coupon been scanned correctly? If the coupon has been scanned this will show at the bottom of the receipt as More coupon points. If the coupon has not been scanned when in store pop over to the Customer Service Desk they will help you get your points added to your account.
  5. If this is a Activation Email promotion was this activated correctly? Once the activation button is clicked you should be taken to a page thats advises ' Points will be added to your account 72 hours after the purchase or delivery' - If you haven't activated the email not to worry you can activate this now, the points will still apply 72 hours after you activated as long as the qualifying shop has been completed.
  6. On certain Money off Promotions Alcohol cannot be purchased in the qualifying spend - This will be simply advised in the Terms & Conditions of the Promotion.
  7. Do you have more than one account with us? If so have you received an Activation email to the wrong email address for the card that was scanned? If so this could be why. Each customers promotions are linked to the card & Email address if the promotion is used against the incorrect card or email this will not update - Make sure you use the card attached to the email address the promotion came through to. You can simply check which email is attached to what card by logging into your More account or the More Application on your Andoid or IOS Device

I forgot to Scan my card at point of sale

As long as the receipt is within 30 days, simply pop over to the Customer Service Desk when you're next in store and they'll add these to your More card for you.

Why am I not receiving points from my Online Shop?

To receive your More points for your Online deliveries. When creating the Groceries order login to the groceries site with the same Email & Password Combination as your More account. This helps link the two accounts through the login details making sure you receive the points you have earned 72 hours after your delivery.

If you're logging into the Groceries page with a different Email address to your More account you need to link your card to your Online Groceries account. To do this please follow these easy steps.

Login to your More account with the same Email & Password combination as your Online groceries account

  1. You will be immediately asked for your address, pop this in and fill in all you personal details and press 'Save'.
  2. You will then be asked which card you're using as you already have a card on the system you need to select 'I have previously registered a Morrisons More card or Match & More card' pop your long card number in here, select 'Find my Card'

This will then move your More card to link with your groceries account. You will now receive any outstanding online shop points from the last 30 days added to your account and any online shops going forward will be applied 72 hours after the date of the delievery.

How do I see the More points offers on Products in store through my Application?

Each store will have a set of products that have More points associated with them. Simply buy the product, for example, Hovis bread, and get an extra bonus on your points for just buying this product.

We are not able to help you identify which products these are so you can take advantage of this when shopping in your Local Store. Follow the simple steps below and you will be getting extra points in not time:

  1. Login to to your More card Application through your IOS or Android Device.
  2. Below your Name You will see a button that states 'Choose Home Store' Click on this.
  3. You will then see a Map of all our Stores, pop in your Postcode where it states 'Enter Postcode' or Town and Press Search.
  4. Then you Can Either select your local store from the Map or You can select this by clicking on 'List' and you will see a list of your stores, scroll down select your local store.
  5. Once Selected you will see where your local store is on the Map, you will be given a break down of opening hours and the Contact number. Click on 'Set as Default'
  6. You More application is now set up to see offers in your Local Store so you know whats on offer before you shop.
