How does the Christmas Collector Coupon Mailing scheme work?

You will receive a Christmas pack through your door which includes one Christmas Collector coupon. All you need to do is scan the coupon in store before the 17th November, or enter the e-code, along with your More card and spend the required amount on the specified weeks. You’ll need to do this for 5 out of 6 weeks to qualify for your More Points bonus.

Why do I have to scan the coupon?

You’ll need to scan the coupon in the first 2 weeks of the scheme to let us know that you’re participating in the scheme. This means we can update you with how you’re getting on.

How do I use my Christmas Collector coupon?

Please take this with you to store and ask the cashier or self check-out assistant to scan the coupon when you shop. You’ll need to scan this in either Week 1 [4th -10th November] or Week 2 [11th – 17th November] along with your More card. You will only need to scan this coupon once. Once you’ve done this, you are part of the scheme. If you prefer to shop online with Morrisons, you can use your Christmas Collector coupon by entering the ecode on the front of the coupon when you check out for deliveries before the end of the day on 17th November.

I shopped in Week 1 between 4th – 10th Nov and spent the correct amount but didn’t scan my Christmas Collector coupon or enter my e-code until Week 2 11th – 17th November, will my Week 1 shops still count?

Yes, as long as you’ve used your More card every time you shopped and spent the correct amount, it will still count.

Can I split my spend over several smaller shops rather than in just one transaction?

Yes, you can shop as little or as often as you like within a week to build up your total, this includes any shops you do both in-store and online. For example your spend for Week 1 may be £60, you shop in-store on Monday and spend £33, Tuesday spend £5 and Friday spend £27 – your total for the week would be: £65, meaning you have hit your Week 1 spend of £60.

What happens if I forget to scan my Christmas Collector coupon?

From the point of receiving the Christmas Collector pack, you’ll have two weeks to scan your Collector coupon or enter the e-code. During that time, we’ll remind you via email if you haven’t activated it yet. You have until the end of the day on 17th November to enter. If you’ve lost your coupon, you can ask us to manually activate it for you by calling 0345 611 6111

Please keep your receipt and the next time you shop, bring your More card and your receipt to the Customer Service desk where we can add your spend to your Collector.

I shop both in-store and online using - will my weekly total include both?

Yes, as long as you use your More card when shopping in-store and have your More card linked to your online account, we will combine your total spend at Morrisons for the week. If you shop Online, your spend will be added to the week that your shop is delivered.

Please note that Eat Fresh is excluded.

When do I get my Christmas Collector Bonus?

When you’ve completed 5 out of 6 shops, you’ll qualify for the bonus points. These will be added to your account on average 72 hours after you have completed your fifth shop, but no later than 19th December.

How do I get my bonus?

our bonus points will be added to your account no later than 19th December. When you next shop, these will print off as £5 vouchers as they usually would.

  • If you are saving, they will remain in your points account until you select to print them.
  • If you have opted to use your vouchers online your points will be waiting for you to select to redeem as an e-code.
  • If you are using digital fivers, they will be on your account ready for you to request as usual to use online or in store.

Will I get my £5 vouchers if I am saving them?

No. You will get the points, but they will sit in your account along with the points you’ve already saved. You will need to go to your account online and change your preferences to get your coupons the next time you shop.

The bonus will work in exactly the same way your £5 More vouchers.

What can I do if I have lost my coupon?

Please let us know by 0345 611 6111. We’ll be able to manually activate your Christmas Collector coupon. Then, you’ll need to spend the required amount each week, take your More card and receipts to either the Customer Services desk in-store. If you shop 5 out of 6 times, using your More card each time and spending the correct amount - you will still be eligible to get your Bonus.

I have received emails about a Collector pack but I did not get a pack, what shall I do?

Contact Customer services who can check if you should have received a pack and what the offer was for.If you’re eligible and spend the correct amount in the correct 5 out of the 6 weeks, you’ll still get your Bonus.

Why are there no other coupons in the pack?

Based on feedback, you told us the pack was too complicated previously, so we kept the pack how it was last year as collector only. There will be other coupon and email offers around Christmas too.

How does the Christmas Collector Coupon at till work?

You’ll receive four coupons between Monday 11th November to Sunday 17th November 2019. These can be redeemed in the four following consecutive weeks. 

  • Coupon 1: 18th – 24th November
  • Coupon 2: 25th November – 1st December
  • Coupon 3: 2nd – 8th December
  • Coupon 4: 9th – 15th December

All you need to do is spend the required amount and swipe your More card. The points will be added immediately and will show on your receipt.

Please take the coupon valid for that particular shop with you to store and ask the cashier or self check-out assistant to scan the coupon when you shop along with your More Card. The validity dates are on the top right corner of each of the coupons.

Yes, no problem. Bring your More card and your coupon to the Customer Service desk where we can add your points for you. Alternatively, call us on 0345 611 6111 - as long as you used your More card, we will be able to see that you’ve shopped and add the points for you.

When do I get my points for each of the Christmas coupons at Till?

Your points will be added immediately at the till. They will show at the bottom of your receipt so that you know that your coupon has been applied. The bonus points will be applied by the 19th December as long as you have redeemed all 4 weekly coupons.

Why have I received a Thank You Pack and not a Christmas Collector Pack?

We looked at each customers shopping habits and behaviours and saw that the Collector wouldn’t have been beneficial to you. We still wanted to make sure that you received something as we wanted to reward our loyal customers.

Can I use the Thank You coupons online?

You can use the points off your shop both in store and online. However to receive your free product and money/points off a product you will need to shop in store.
