What is the MyMorrisons Test App?

We have upgraded the My Morrisons mobile app technology as well as enhancing and adding new features in order to provide a better user experience for our customers. The new upgraded app requires testing before it is deployed to the whole customer base.

How long will the My Morrisons test last?

The beta period will begin on Monday 23rd May and will run for 5 weeks ending on 19th June 2022.

The feedback form is located within the homepage of the app.

Is there a limit on how many feedback forms I can submit?

No. The more feedback we receive throughtout the duration of the trial the more we can use it to improve the My Morrisons app.

If you contact Customer Services they will raise a ticket with Technology to support you with any issues you have.

Will I have access to everything I had before on the existing app?

Yes. Everything from the existing app will be on the new app as well as new features. We have improved our navigation and menus to help you find Services quicker and easier. You will have access to the following features:
My Morrisons Card - now visible from home screen
Store Finder - ability to find, set and change home store
Personalised Offers - Section where all personalised offers are located
Clubs (Christmas Savers, NHS, Teacher, Baby, Student clubs)
Services (Links to Groceries, Food to Order, Click and Collect etc)
Marketing Banner - advertising key trade events and offers
Basket Bonus - Chance to unlock bonus offers by swiping digital card

What if I don't want to take part in the Beta?

If you don't want to take part in the testing, simply dont follow the instructions to upgrade and you will continue to use the existing app.

I accepted the beta invitation, but I no longer want to be part of the test.

iOS Users:
You can delete yourself as a tester on the app’s Information page in TestFlight by tapping 'Stop Testing'.
Alternatively, you can email the developer to ask them to remove you by clicking the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of a TestFlight build notification email.

Android Users:
Click the link provided in the beta invitation email
Click the Leave the program link (in the Leave the testing program section)
Confirmation message will appear stating you have left beta.

You will then be reverted back to the original My Morrisons Loyalty app.

How do I receive a 'Basket Bonus' offer?

When you shop at Morrisons and scan your My Morrisons digital card you may receive a Basket Bonus offer. Not all transactions will receive a Basket Bonus, however if you do, you will receive a notification and once unlocked it will appear in the 'My Offers' section of the app.

Will my ‘Basket Bonus’ have terms & conditions associated to it?

Yes. Each offer will have specific terms and conditions, including an expiry date, which can be found by clicking on the ‘Terms & Conditions’ link under the offer detail.

Do I need to activate the ‘Basket Bonus’ offer?

Once you click to ‘unlock’ your offer it will automatically be activated and ready to redeem. You don’t need to do anything else, simply scan your digital card the next time you shop to redeem.

Will signing up to the test app impact my Colleague, or Friends & Family discount?

In order for your discount to still work, please ensure you log into the test app using your existing username and password.
