I have been charged for delivery and I have a delivery pass?

Our Delivery passes are either midweek passes or anytime passes.

A mid week pass will provide access to free delivery Tuesday - Thursday, and an anytime pass will provide access to free delivery throughout the whole week.

Please check the delivery slot you are trying to book matches the type of pass you have purchased

Charges may vary depending on your delivery address, the day and time of your chosen slot and the value of your order. All delivery charges will be shown to you before you place your order.

How do I renew my Delivery Pass membership?

Your Delivery Pass membership will renew automatically at the end of your chosen plan. Don't worry though, we'll let you know when the date is coming up before we take the payment.

What is Delivery Pass?

Delivery Pass is a one-fee payment plan for all your Morrisons groceries deliveries. It lets you order as often as you want without any additional charges over the course of 1, 6 or 12 months. There are two types of plans:

  • Anytime - Up to one delivery a day, every day of the week.
  • Midweek - Up to one delivery a day, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.


Delivery pass holders can see up to to 21 days of slots available, however please note if you have just purchased a delivery pass it can take up to 48 hours for this availability to show in your account.

What do I get with a Delivery Pass membership?

Besides saving a bundle on delivery charges, you'll also get first dibs on our Christmas delivery slots, where you'll be able to book your delivery before anyone else!

Are Christmas deliveries included in Delivery Pass?

Yes - Delivery pass holders get priority for deliveries between 20th-24th December.

A week later all customers can then book slots for deliveries between 20th-24th December (Subject to availability).


Please note: You'll only be able to book 2 deliveries between 20th - 24th December, one of which on the 23rd or 24th. After all, there are a lot of turkeys that need delivering!

Can I change or upgrade my Delivery Pass membership?

Of course - all our Delivery Pass options are detailed on the website. You can choose between monthly, 6 month or annual over 3 days (Tues - Thurs) or 7 days.
