Please be aware all online promotions are available as you check out your order, so the offer you book will be the offer you get. If you edit your order between a promotion end date and your delivery date (which will require you to check out again) you will lose the promotional offer and be charged the price applicable at the point of your last checkout. Why is there a price difference between instore and online?

Online and instore offers vary so you will not always have the same offers available in both places.the promotion would be shown at the time of purchase and they'd be charged according to this information.

Why has the price changed from order to when the products were delivered?

If an item was not in stock we may have substituted this with a similar product. As we do not price match, you may have been charged more or less for this product.

Some products are sold by weight, and the price reflected on the website reflects a "Typical" cost for the item. As these items are not always exactly the same size and weight, the final price may vary from the website.

We'd advise you to check your 'order is on it's way' email to check the cost of these items and if you do not wish to keep them, please advise the driver before delivery and they will remove them from your order and deduct them from your final payment.
