What do I do if my basket hasn’t transferred to the Self-Scan Checkout?

The app will ask ‘Has your basket transferred successfully?’. Please click no as this will keep your basket in your app. Please ask a colleague to help with the issue.

An error message has popped up when I attempted to scan an item and I am unable to add it to my basket.

On occasion some barcodes might not be recognised.  If this happens the app will notify you that the item has not been found.  You will need to keep the item to one side and scan the item when you can to the checkout.
