How do I earn More Points with More Partners?

It’s easy to start earning More Points from our wide range of Partners today, by following these steps:

  • First you’ll need to access the More App/ Website and ensure you have signed in to your More account.
  • Following this under the heading “More Partner Offers” you will need to click the ‘Shop Now’ button on the app/ website to navigate to our More Partners page.
  • Once on the site you can browse 300+ retailers and navigate to their website to make your purchase by clicking the ‘Earn More Points’ button
  • On the retailers website, just shop as normal. The value of any purchases will be recorded in your Morrisons More Account.
  • Remember, you must sign in and click through to the retailer’s site from the More App/website every time you shop for us to track your purchase and award you your points.

Is it more expensive to shop via More Partners in the More App?

No, you will not pay higher prices by shopping through Morrisons More Partners — and you’ll get the benefit of earning More Points too! You’ll enjoy the same prices as you would if you shopped directly with the retailers, so you won’t miss out on any of their special offers.

If I am a member of a retailer’s own loyalty program, will I still earn More Points?

 Yes, you will still earn points via More Partners, in addition to separate rewards under another retailer’s own loyalty program.

Can I earn More Points on items previously saved in my basket?

We advise that you don’t purchase any items that you have previously saved to your basket during a previous shopping session—this could affect you successfully receiving your points. To ensure you receive your More Points, it’s best to start a fresh shopping session directly from the More App or website.

When will I get my More Partner points?

It can take up to 7 days for your More Points to show in your More Partners account as ‘Pending’. For the majority of categories, your More Points will be transferred to your Morrisons More Account within 45 days. Certain categories such as travel, may take slightly longer, with points typically being transferred up to 60 days following your trip, or up to 90 days when purchasing fixed policies/agreements, i.e. Insurance etc. This detail will be available on your More Partners account page following your purchase.

My More Partner transaction has registered at a lower amount than I expected, what can I do?

If the purchase price is also lower than expected, it may be because the online store you have shopped at only pays More Points on the price excluding VAT.   More Points are not awarded on delivery costs: this means that the More Partner points are only calculated based on the price of the item, and not the total amount of the transaction.

My More Partner transaction is showing as cancelled

If your More Partner transaction has been cancelled, it means that the online store has deemed your transaction ‘not valid’ for Morrisons More Points.

Some possible reasons for this could be:

  • You cancelled or returned your order or part of your order.
  • You used a promotional code or coupon code that is not approved by More Partners for this purchase.
  • You made a request for a product or browsed an online store, but did not make a purchase.
  • You may have used a saved offer from previously on the retailer's website that is no longer valid.
  • The online store only pays More Points to new customers, and you have shopped here before (if retailers have such offers, this is defined in their terms and conditions).
  • You did not complete the order online, but for example by phone.
  • You did not meet one or more of the online store's other terms and conditions.

What happens if I cancel a purchase I’ve made or want a refund?

You can cancel purchases and get a refund in the usual way that you would —directly with the retailer, subject to the retailer’s terms and conditions. However, you will not earn More Points for any cancelled or refunded orders. If you cancel a purchase after More Points have been added to your More account, we reserve the right to deduct such points from your account.

I wasn’t logged into my Morrisons More account when I made my purchase, is there anything I can do?

To be credited with your More Partner points, you must ensure that you are logged in correctly to your Morrisons More account before clicking through and making a purchase in any of the More Partner online retailers. If you forget to log in you will not be registered, and Morrisons More has no way of confirming that the purchase was made through your More Partners account.

We understand that this can be disappointing when it happens due to an oversight, so remember to double-check that you are logged in (and in your own account!) before clicking through to the More Partners website.

What does ‘Pending’ and ‘Transferred to Morrisons More Account’ mean?

When you click through More Partners and make a purchase in the More Partners online site, your action is recorded on the website and reported back to us (along with your unique identification code - so we can link the transaction to you).

  • Pending - When your purchase is registered on More Partners, it is given the status ‘Pending’. This means that the online store you shopped with has registered your purchase for future allocation of  More Partner points to be paid. When you make a purchase through More Partners, you can expect the purchase to be visible in your More Partners account within 7 days.
  • Transferred to Morrisons More Account: Your purchase will change status to ‘Transferred to Morrisons More Account’ within 45 days after the purchase has been made for the majority of categories. For purchases made in the travel category this can be up to 60 days following your trip and up to 90 days when purchasing fixed policies/agreements, i.e. Insurance etc.  Once your purchase has received the status ‘Transferred to Morrisons More Account’, you will see your More Partner points in your More App ready to spend in Morrisons as normal.

Security - Will I be contacted by any of your retailers?

Morrisons will not share any personal information about you with our More Partner retailers. Please note though that when you click a ”Shop Now” link to a retailer, you will leave the More app/website completely and be subject to that retailer’s Terms & Conditions. If you share your details with a retailer, they may contact you.
