How do I place an order with Morrisons Now?

You can place a Morrisons Now order through the Morrisons app or website by selecting 'Morrisons Now' as your delivery option.

By confirming this delivery method, you will have 15 minutes to add items and checkout your order.

Can I order alcohol or age-restricted items with Morrisons Now?

Yes, alcohol and other age-restricted items are available through Morrisons Now. Please have a valid ID ready at delivery in line with our Challenge 25 policy. If you're unable to provide valid ID, the entire order may be cancelled.

Note

Restrictions apply for alcohol purchase in Scotland where alcohol can only be sold between 10am and 10pm.

We aim to deliver orders in as little as 60 minutes after checkout, and you’ll also receive updates via email and text to keep you informed about the status of your order.

Will my delivery be made by a Morrisons driver?

This is a Morrisons service, but your order will be delivered by one of our delivery partners, such as Just Eat or Uber Eats.

Note

To complete your delivery, the driver may need to take a photo as proof of delivery. If this cannot be captured, the driver may be unable to hand over your order and it may be cancelled.

Yes, you'll receive text message updates, and once your order is on its way, you can track your driver in real time using the link sent via text.

What happens if I miss my Morrisons Now delivery?

If you miss your delivery, the driver will try to contact you on the mobile number provided. If they can’t reach you within an hour of order confirmation, the order may be cancelled. Please keep your phone nearby during your delivery window.

Yes, your Morrisons Now order will be delivered in environmentally friendly paper carrier bags. These bags are fully recyclable and part of our ongoing commitment to reducing plastic waste.

Can I return my carrier bags to the driver?

No, carrier bags can not be returned to the driver and are non-refundable.

Can I use my More Card or loyalty points with Morrisons Now?

Yes, you can continue to earn Points on products for your Morrisons Now order. You can use your More Card Fivers towards your Morrisons Now order.

Can I cancel or change a Morrisons Now order after placing it?

Due to the speed of the service, changes and cancellations are not possible once an order has been placed. Please double-check your basket before confirming your order.

When will payment for my order be taken?

When you place your order, a pre-authorisation amount of your total plus 5% will be reserved with your bank as a pending transaction. This 5% is to ensure enough funds are available for any items with varying weights or substitutions that may alter your total.

After you receive your order, the final total will be calculated, and you'll only be charged this amount. The pending transaction on your account should clear in the next few days depending on your card issuer.

You can view your full order details in your Morrisons Grocery account, and you'll also receive a receipt by email after delivery.

What if a product on my order is unavailable?

We will always aim to provide a substitute for any unavailable items. If you are unhappy with the substitute and if within 48 hours of delivery, you can request a refund via the groceries website or app by following the instructions below;

  • Choose the correct order and follow the instructions to complete the refund request.

Can I use my Colleague or Family and Friends discount on Morrisons Now orders?

As Morrisons NOW is our new fast delivery service, delivering your groceries from store to door in as little as 60 minutes, Colleague and Family & Friends Discount doesn't currently apply.

You'll still get fantastic value with this premium service, as we offer:

  • Low Minimum Spend: There is a minimum order requirement of just £15, lower than the standard Home Delivery minimum spend of £25.
  • Competitive Delivery Charge: In partnership with trusted delivery partners, our delivery charge is a fixed £4.50 including carrier bag charges, which makes us very competitive in the market for express delivery services.
