  1. Morrisons More Loyalty Scheme

    1. Please read these terms and conditions along with our privacy policy, which can be found atyour.morrisons.com/privacy-policy. They apply to the Morrisons More account, the card, app, promotions, More Points, vouchers, £5 More vouchers (Fivers) and any other elements of the Morrisons More Loyalty Scheme. Any participation by you in the scheme means you accept these terms and conditions.
    2. We may add other terms and conditions for optional elements of the scheme, like competitions or club membership. Any participation by you means you accept these terms and conditions.
    3. The Morrisons More Loyalty Scheme, the card, app, coupons, More Points, £5 More Vouchers (Fivers) and vouchers, in whatever form, remain the property of Morrisons. These terms and conditions refer to cards, app, both physical and digital and key fobs. All of the items are treated in the same way, unless these terms and conditions say otherwise.
    4. We may end or amend the Morrisons More Loyalty Scheme at any time. We may need to change these terms and conditions from time to time (for example to introduce new or temporary features). We will endeavour to give you reasonable notice in advance of any changes. The latest version is on our website. If you continue to use your card after we have made changes to these terms and conditions, we will treat this as your acceptance of the changes.
    5. You can scan your card in all Morrisons stores and petrol filling stations, except in our Gibraltar Westside store and any independent store operated as Morrisons by licence (such as Morrisons Daily stores).
    6. To open a Morrisons More Loyalty Account, you must be a UK resident and aged 16 years. You are only entitled to one registered card account.
    7. To get the full benefits of the Morrisons More Loyalty Scheme, it’s important you register your details and keep your Morrisons More account updated of any changes. We cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred as a result of out-of-date details.
    8. To manage your Morrisons More account online or via the app, you will need a valid and unique email address when you register with us. If you happen to share an email address with someone else, only one of you will be able to have a card account which you manage online.
    9. If you express a preference on how we communicate with you, we will always try to contact you in this way, but we may change how we communicate with you without prior notification, usually when there are problems with the registered postal address, email address, or mobile number you’ve supplied.
    10. As a Morrisons More Loyalty Account member, cards, app, key fobs, coupons, Points, £5 More vouchers (Fivers) and vouchers remain your responsibility, as well as the security details, including the password on the account. Please ensure the password you use on your Morrisons More Loyalty Account is unique and not used on other sites. We cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from you failing to ensure the safekeeping of those items.
    11. The Morrisons More Loyalty Account can only be used for personal and consumer use. They cannot be used for any business transaction or purpose.
    12. Your Morrisons More Loyalty Account, vouchers, coupons, points and rewards are personal to you. They are not transferable and cannot be shared, sold, exchanged, bought, or traded in any way.
    13. You can choose to leave the Morrisons More Loyalty Scheme at any time and still use any vouchers, coupons or rewards already issued.
    14. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your Morrisons More Loyalty Account.
    15. We may end, cancel or suspend your Morrisons More Loyalty Account, card, coupons, Points, £5 More Vouchers (Fivers) and vouchers and/or remove you as a member from the Morrisons More Loyalty Scheme at any time where there is reasonable belief of: abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme; any breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions and/or those relating to optional elements of the Morrisons More Loyalty Scheme; any behaviour relating to the scheme or Morrisons supermarkets that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information.
  2. General

    1. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms and conditions at any time without your consent (for example, if we sell our business).
    2. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any related dispute will be resolved in the Courts of England and Wales. In some circumstances the laws where you are resident may apply and the Courts where you are resident may have jurisdiction.

    4. The Morrisons More Loyalty Account is made available by Wm Morrison Supermarkets Limited, a limited company registered in England and Wales with registration number 358949. Registered address: Hilmore House, Gain Lane, Bradford, West Yorkshire BD3 7DL.
  3. Morrisons More Clubs

    1. Christmas Savers General

      1. You must be a registered Morrisons More Loyalty Account member to participate in the digital Morrisons Christmas Savers scheme ("Christmas Savers").
      2. These terms and conditions apply in addition to the Morrisons More Loyalty Scheme terms. Morrisons reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
      3. Christmas Savers allows you to purchase digital 'stamps' available in denominations of £1.00. The cut-off point for the purchase of digital stamps counting towards the 2023 Christmas Savers is 30th October 2023. Any digital stamps purchased after this date will count towards the 2024 Christmas Savers scheme.
      4. The value of the digital stamps which have been collected by 30th October 2023 will be converted into a voucher for use in Morrisons' stores, or through Morrisons' grocery website.
      5. If by 30th October 2023 you have purchased stamps to the value of £49.00, Morrisons will provide a bonus stamp to the value of £1.00.
      6. If by 30th October 2023 you have purchased stamps to the value of £97.00 (excluding the £1.00 bonus at £49.00), Morrisons will provide bonus stamps to the value of £3.00.
      7. The offer of bonus stamps is not cumulative (i.e. if you purchase stamps to the value of £97.00, Morrisons will provide a total bonus of £3.00, which will include the £1.00 which would otherwise be paid when you purchase stamps to the value of £49.00).
      8. You will be able to collect bonus stamps to a maximum value of £6 under Christmas Savers.
      9. Christmas Savers is designed as a scheme to help you save towards Christmas and accordingly Christmas Savers vouchers must be redeemed during the period from 6th November 2023 to 31st December 2023. Any Christmas Savers vouchers not redeemed by 31st December 2023 will expire and will no longer be valid.
      10. Christmas Savers vouchers must be used in a transaction that is equal to or more than the value of the voucher (not including excluded items as set out in clause 3 below). No change will be given for Christmas Savers vouchers. For example a voucher for £25 must be used in a transaction of £25 or more.
      11. Christmas Savers balances are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme or the Financial Ombudsman Service.
    2. Issuing Christmas Savers Vouchers and Opting out

      1. If you no longer wish to participate in Christmas Savers, you can choose to opt out of the Christmas Savers scheme at any time of the year before 30th October 2023.
      2. Instructions setting out how to opt out are available on our website.
      3. When the redemption window opens on 6 November 2023, the Christmas Savers vouchers you have collected will be automatically loaded to your Morrisons More Card for use in store, unless you have selected before the 30th October 2023 to receive an e-code via email to use online instead. You can change your preferences within the club management. There will be no option to receive printed vouchers for Christmas Savers 2023.
      4. If you have not met the Christmas Savers bonus threshold (for example saved £48) before 30th October 2023, you will still receive your Christmas Savers vouchers you have saved up to 30th October 2023 as per your preferences but you will not receive any bonus from Morrisons. If you opt out before 30th October 2023, your digital savers stamps are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for a cash refund.
  4. Exclusions

    1. Christmas Savers vouchers may not be used to pay for fuel, cash back, fireworks, lottery, online games and instant tickets, tobacco, tobacco-related products (including vapes), prescription medicines and pharmacy services, infant milk or formula, gift vouchers, gift cards, mobile phone cards, mobile phone vouchers, E top-ups, bonus stamps, postage stamps, saver stamps, photo processing, car park tickets, online delivery charges, Morrisons Café, Dry Cleaning, and vending machines.
    2. Vouchers may not be used in Gibraltar, Morrisons Daily stores, or petrol stations.
    3. No responsibility can be taken by Wm Morrison Supermarkets Limited for expired, lost or damaged Christmas Savers vouchers. Vouchers which are expired, damaged or lost will not be re-issued. Morrisons reserves the right to remove or change the promotion at any time.
    4. No change can be given in respect of the cards and the balance on the cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
  5. Promotions

    1. If you join Christmas Savers, Baby Club, our Students, NHS or Teachers Club, you may receive promotions related to that club by email, coupon at till and app. If you do not want to receive club promotions, you can leave the club at any time. If you do not want to receive any marketing messages from Morrisons you can update your marketing preferences on your Morrisons More account.
    2. At certain times of the year Morrisons will run Christmas Savers, Baby Club, Student Club, NHS Club and Teacher Club promotions to customers who have joined these clubs. Morrisons can end any Christmas Savers, Baby & More, Students, NHS and Teachers Club promotion at any time.
    3. You must have a registered Morrisons More Loyalty Account and a University student with a valid '.ac.uk' student email address to join the Students Club. Morrisons reserves the right to re-validate a customer’s Students account whenever necessary.
    4. You must be an NHS worker with an active NHS email address and be registered on the Morrisons More app to join our NHS club. Morrisons will validate your email address on registration and periodically after registration to confirm continued eligibility for our NHS Club. An NHS worker can no longer present their ID badge as a form of proof, they must be a Club member with the Morrisons More App.
    5. You must be a registered Morrisons More Loyalty Account member and an employee of a nursery, school or college with an active nursery, school or college email address to join our Teachers Club. Morrisons will validate your email address on registration and periodically after registration to confirm continued eligibility for our Teachers Club.
  6. Offers & Basket Bonus

    1. Your Morrisons More coupons, offers and rewards are personal to you. They will be provided to you via coupons printed at the till, or our digital Loyalty applications (app & website), and you will have to log in to view them.
    2. From time to time, you will receive a bonus offer ‘Basket Bonus’ triggered by the swipe of your Morrisons More card. Promotional periods apply, and the ‘Basket Bonus’ offer will be triggered by the first swipe of your card during its promotional period. Only 1 offer will be triggered per promotional period. ‘Basket Bonus’ offers will appear in and be accessible from your My Offers section of the app or website, or via a coupon printed at the till.
    3. You will receive a push notification or an email with instructions on how to activate these offer(s) if opted into these channels.
    4. Once activated the offer will remain accessible through your Rewards section of the app & website, until it expires.
    5. All coupons, offers and rewards are subject to their own terms and conditions, including an expiry date.
  7. More Card Exclusives

    1. You must be a registered Morrisons More member to redeem the offer.
    2. To qualify in store, you must scan your physical or digital Morrisons More card at the time of purchase. Morrisons More Exclusive offers and discount cannot be redeemed retrospectively.
    3. Some products are subject to age restrictions. We only sell age-restricted products if you meet the minimum age requirement. If we believe you look under 25 years old, we will ask you for valid proof of age.
    4. Morrisons More Exclusive offers are subject to availability.
    5. Morrisons More Exclusive offers will have a defined offer redemption period, each offer period will differ.
    6. Morrisons More Exclusive offers can be redeemed in conjunction with other Morrisons More offers, standard in store price promotions, points, Colleague and Friends & Family discount.
    7. Morrisons More Exclusive offers may vary online.
    8. Excludes Gibraltar & Morrisons Daily stores.

  8. More Points

    1. To earn More Points, you must meet the qualifying promotion criteria on a selected product or category. This will be communicated to customers via our website, app or as an in store promotion. Each promotion may vary in terms of spend required & points rewarded.
    2. Some products are subject to age restrictions. We only sell age-restricted products if you meet the minimum age requirement. If we believe you look under 25 years old, we will ask you for valid proof of age.
    3. The maximum More Points you can earn is capped at 100,000 More Points in a calendar month. Any More Points you earn that exceed this cap may appear on your receipt at the time of purchase, but will not be allocated to your card account. We do however reserve the right to waive this restriction at any time on a case-by-case basis.
    4. For any More Points earned on an online click and collect or home delivery order, your More Points will be applied following the delivery or collection.
    5. It may take up to 72 hours for More Points you have earned to be added to your account.
    6. More Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
    7. More Points cannot be claimed retrospectively if you forget to scan your card or app during the transaction.
    8. We reserve the right to amend your balance if you exchange or return any product, cancel or not complete on an offer to Morrisons or any promotional partner.
    9. We may correct any incorrect balances without notice to you, for example if More Points have been incorrectly added to your card account or deducted in error.
    10. If we substitute a product which is on a points promotion in an online order you make, and the replacement product is not on a points promotion, unfortunately you will not qualify for the original offer and points will not be rewarded.
    11. If an account has been inactive (Morrisons More card has not been swiped in store or used online for more than 52 weeks), the More Points will be removed from the account.
    12. Each month, any unused Morrisons More Points on your account which have not yet been converted into £5 vouchers (Fivers), will expire within 12 months after the month in which they have been earned.
    13. Morrisons More Points Fuel offer: Earn 5 More Points on every litre of fuel. This offer is valid in all Morrisons fuel stations selling Morrisons fuel and points will be earned on petrol and diesel transactions only. The offer is not valid at our partner franchised Morrisons Daily sites at other fuel brands such as Shell, BP, Texaco, Esso or Essar. Points will be earned on every whole litre i.e. 1.5 litres of fuel equates to 5 More Points, 2 litres of fuel equates to 10 More Points. If paying for fuel with a Fuel Card, More Points can be earned in conjunction with all cards, except Key Fuels, UK Fuels and Shell fuel cards.
    14. Morrisons More Points Weekend: Earn 1 point for every £1 spent in store and online between 27th-29th October 2023. Points will not be earnt on fuel, cash back, fireworks, lottery, online games and instant tickets, tobacco, tobacco-related products (including vapes), prescription medicines and pharmacy services, infant milk or formula, gift vouchers, gift cards, mobile phone cards, mobile phone vouchers, E top-ups, bonus stamps, postage stamps, saver stamps, photo processing, car park tickets, online delivery charges, Morrisons Café, Market Kitchen, Morrisons Daily, Dry Cleaning, and vending machines. Points earnt online will be added to your account within 72 hours of receiving your delivery.
  9. More Vouchers ‘Fivers’

    1. If you are a Morrisons More app user: Once you have saved up 5,000 More Points, you will be given the option within the Morrisons More app to either convert your More Points into a More Voucher (‘Fiver’), or continue to save your Points. It may take a further 24 hours for your More voucher to be allocated to your account. Digital More Vouchers can be used in store or you can choose to use them online at morrsons.com. We may introduce new ways to use your More Vouchers and you can find the latest ways to redeem your More Voucher on our website. The expiration date for digital More Vouchers (‘Fivers’) and ecodes to use online is 3 months from the date that they are converted.
    2. If you are a Morrisons More Card only customer (non app user): You will by default receive your More Vouchers (‘Fiver’) printed instore at the till once you reach 5,000 points. It may take up to 72 hours to receive your More Voucher after you reach 5,000 points. You can only use a More voucher (‘Fiver’) once. No change will be given. Physical More Vouchers (‘Fivers’) are valid for 12 months from the date you earn 5,000 More Points. You can find your voucher expiry date printed on the right hand side of your Fiver.
    3. Exclusions: More £5 Vouchers (Fivers) cannot be used on fuel, cash back, fireworks, lottery, online games and instant tickets, tobacco, tobacco-related products (including vapes), prescription medicines and pharmacy services, infant milk or formula, gift vouchers, gift cards, mobile phone cards, mobile phone vouchers, E top-ups, bonus stamps, postage stamps, saver stamps, photo processing, car park tickets, online delivery charges, Morrisons Café, Market Kitchen, Morrisons Daily, Dry Cleaning, and vending machines.
    4. More Vouchers (‘Fivers’) remain Morrisons property at all times and have no cash value. More Vouchers are not for resale, publication and are valid in the UK only. Any defaced or photocopied More Vouchers or similar will not be accepted.
    5. Any special conditions published by us, or on the More Voucher itself, that relate to special More Points or More Voucher offers will modify these terms and conditions.
    6. More Vouchers can only be used in conjunction with colleague / friends & family discount, when on purchases £6 or above.
