I have bought a Morrisons Insurance product. When will my More Points be credited to my More Card Account?

More Member benefits are available when you purchase any of our insurance products. This may be either a discount or More points. If your benefit is More points, you will see them in the 'pending points' section of the Morrisons More app within 48hours of your purchase. Points will then become useable 60 days after your policy start date. If any policies are cancelled before this time, the points will no longer be awarded.

I need to make a claim on my Morrisons Travel or Pet Insurance policy, how do I do this?

Your policy wording contains all the details you need in order to make a claim. However, if you need to make a claim for either a travel or pet insurance you can use the details below.

Pet insurance

Making a claim is simple. Contact the Claims Administrator, Davies, using the details below::

Don’t forget, your policy also comes with Pet Health Assist Line giving you 24/7 access to vet nurses and vets, available over the phone or via video whenever you need them. Further information can be found in the policy wording.

Travel insurance

  • For medical emergency: Contact the Emergency Medical Assistance Team (24 hours, 7 days a week)
    • while abroad: +44 333 207 0533.
    • from the UK: 0333 207 0533.
  • For travel claims:
    • Call 0333 207 0515 (Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, except on Bank Holidays).

Don’t forget, your policy also comes with Doctor Please!. This app gives you 24/7 access to English-speaking doctors and nurses. You can access medical advice and get prescriptions without having to claim on your policy.
