I don't think I have been charged the right price
Some of our prices are More Card only prices, these are prices that are applied when you scan your More Card at the checkout. These discounts show at the bottom of your receipt under the More Card Offers section. If these aren't showing on your receipt you can upload your receipt using our easy self serve option on our More Card app and any missed discounts will be added to your More Card in points for you to spend next time you shop with us.
- To do this please follow these simple instructions:
- Open your More Card app
- Click on the 'Person' icon at the top right of your screen
- The third option down shows Digital Receipts - click 'Forgot to Scan?'
- Follow the instructions on this page to upload your receipt and receive your missing discount.
