I don't think I have been charged the right price

Some of our prices are More Card only prices, these are prices that are applied when you scan your More Card at the checkout. These discounts show at the bottom of your receipt under the More Card Offers section. If these aren't showing on your receipt you can upload your receipt using our easy self serve option on our More Card app and any missed discounts will be added to your More Card in points for you to spend next time you shop with us.

  1. To do this please follow these simple instructions:
  2. Open your More Card app
  3. Click on the 'Person' icon at the top right of your screen
  4. The third option down shows Digital Receipts - click 'Forgot to Scan?'
  5. Follow the instructions on this page to upload your receipt and receive your missing discount.

How can I check product availability in your stores?

In store products are subject to availability and we are unable to advise on specific stock levels in your local stores. We work hard to have great availability in our stores for customers. Did you know we offer a wide range of delivery services to your door for those items you can't wait to get to store for.

Can I reserve a product in store?

Sorry, we are unable to reserve items in our stores to collect at a later date, we always aim to have good stock availability in our stores and don't forget we do offer:
