I was refused / challenged sale on an age restricted product in store

If you have purchased age-restricted products, we will need to verify your age in line with our challenge 25 policy and be asked to provide ID. We take the sale of age restricted items seriously at Morrisons and we are unable to overturn a request for ID.

All items of lost property are logged by the Customer Services team in-store, so please visit their desk when you are next in. To claim your item back, please see the Customer Services team and take some photographic ID with you.

Bank Cards and Credit Card will be destroyed due to security risks, please contact your bank directly for a new card.
