How much is the delivery?

There is no separate delivery charge for a Food Box. Delivery is included in the displayed price of your Food Box or your chosen subscription package.

Who will deliver my Food Box?

Your food box will be delivered by one of courier partners. They will send you a text message and an email which will contain a tracking number, for you to keep up to date with your delivery.

Can I specify a delivery time?

Once you have selected your delivery date, our courier partners let you know on the day when your delivery time slot will be. They deliver between 6am and 9pm.

For alcohol deliveries, you must have proof of ID ready to present to the delivery driver upon request. Acceptable forms of ID are Driver’s Licence, Passport, UK Disability Card, Police/MOD Card, or National ID Card. If you are not in to take delivery, DPD will attempt to deliver your parcel the following day for these boxes, unless instructed otherwise.

Do you deliver to me?

We deliver to most UK addresses.

Unfortunately we do not deliver to the following post codes:

  • AB41 - AB56
  • FK17 - FK21
  • HS1 - HS9
  • IV1 - IV63
  • KA27 - KA28
  • KW0 - KW17
  • PA20 - PA78
  • PH15 - PH50
  • ZE1 - ZE3

How does contactless delivery work?

The delivery driver will let you know when they have arrived. They will operate a contact-free delivery service and will place the box at your doorstep. It is recognised that some people may be self-isolating and unable to open their door to receive parcels - you can update your preferences via your courier dispatch email or text message. For example you can suggest a ‘safe place’ for your box to be left or you can leave a note on your door if you’d prefer.
