How do I change the email address my account is registered with?

You can change your email address on our groceries website. You can't currently change your email address via the Morrisons More app.

Simply click on the 'Groceries' tab on our Morrisons More website or visit the site directly (https://groceries.store.morrisons.com/) and use the following steps to change your email address.

  • Click on 'My account'
  • Click on 'Account settings'
  • Scroll down and select 'Change login details'

You will be prompted to enter a one time verification code, which will be sent to your current email address. This is to keep your account secure. Enter the code and click 'confirm'.

If you don't receive the code, check your spam folder on your emails. You will then be asked to enter your old email address, current password and your new email address.

Click on 'Change email', and your account details will be updated.

I don't have access to the email address I registered my account with, what should I do?

If you no longer have access to the email address you registered your Morrisons More account to, unfortunately you will not be able to access your More account.

To fix this, you will need to create a new Morrisons More account using an email address you do have access to. The easiest way to register for a More Card is via our Morrisons More - https://www.morrisons.com/more/ or More Card app.

You can create an account by selecting 'Register'. Complete the form and tap 'agree & register'.

If you have More Points, Fivers and Clubs set up on your old account, don't worry - we can help to move these across to your new account, fill in an enquiry form or call us on 0345 611 6111 and our team will be happy to help.

What is Two Step Verification?

Two-step verification adds an extra layer of security to your Morrisons More Account. In addition to your username and password, you'll be emailed a unique, 6 digit code which you'll be asked to enter when you log in. This reduces the risk of your personal information or Points being accessed by others.

You will only be asked to provide this extra verification when you:

  • Log into the app for the first time
  • Change your marketing preferences
  • Update your account details
  • When converting points into Fivers

Your verification code will be sent to you via email, and will be valid for 30 minutes. If you don't receive the email, remember to check your spam folder, or make sure you dont have any email filters turned on.

How do I change my postal address?

We have 2 very simple ways you can update your postal address for your Morrisons More account.

On our website:

  1. Click on the 'Morrisons More Tab' on our website
  2. Login with the Email & Password combination you entered when registering.
  3. Click on 'My Account'
  4. Click on 'Edit my details' - Here you can also manage your voucher preferences.
  5. You can now edit your address, don't forget to press 'save'!

Through our Morrisons More Card app:

  1. Go to the Morrisons More application on your iOS or Android device.
  2. Login with the Email & Password combination you entered when registering.
  3. Click on the 'Person icon'
  4. Click on 'Edit my Details'
  5. You can now edit your address, don't forget to press 'update details' to save.

How do I amend my marketing preferences?

We would love to be able to send you personalised offers, money off coupons and updates on our services from time to time. You can change the way you receive communications from us at any time, or stop receiving them altogether.

Simply log in to your Morrisons More account either on the website, here, or on the Morrisons More app.

Head to your account section, and select 'manage my preferences'.

Here you can select what marketing you want to opt in to. This includes email communications, research (i.e. taking part in surveys), and post.

Select which you would like to receive, and tap 'save preferences'.
