How does More Plus work?

Customers will be required to spend £250 during the month of June(1st-30th June) to earn a 10% offer reward.

No need to activate, just simply scan your More Card every time you shop in a Morrisons Supermarket, or make sure your More Card is linked to your Morrisons.com account and track your progress in the app or at the bottom of your receipts.

More Plus will be available to selected customers in the Morrisons More app or website on the homepage from 1st June-30th June. Check the app to see whether you have been invited to take part.

What happens if I forgot to scan my Morrisons More Card?

If you forget to scan your More Card in store, you can use the 'forgot to scan' button in the More Card app to add your receipt to your account. Spend will be added for the week in which the transaction took place.

If you do not have the More Card app, you can take your receipt to the customer service desk in store to have this added to your account.

Can I split my spend over several smaller shops rather than in just one transaction?

Yes, you can shop as little and as often as you like to build up your total, this includes any shops you do both in store and online as long as you scan your Morrisons More card with each transaction.

I shop both in store and online - will my weekly total include both?

Yes, as long as you scan your Morrisons More card when shopping in-store and have your Morrisons More card linked to your online account we will combine your total spend at Morrisons. Your online spend will appear on your app up to 72 hours after you have received your delivery.

I have completed my required spend but the offer is not showing in my app

If you have shopped online your spend will be added to your More Plus spend target 72 hours after you have taken delivery of your order. In-store shops should show on your app within a few hours of the transaction.

The spend for More Plus which is showing on my receipt or app is different to the total spend on my receipt

Your qualifying spend is calculated after any excluded items purchased and promotions are deducted.

Total spend excludes; Fuel, cash back, fireworks, lottery, online games and instant tickets, tobacco, tobacco-related products, prescription medicines, and pharmacy services, infant milk and formula, gift vouchers, E top-ups, bonus stamps, postage stamps, saver stamps, digital saver stamps, photo processing, car park tickets, dry cleaning, and vending machines. Excludes Morrisons Daily and delivery charges.

Total spend is calculated after all money off promotions have been deducted.

When do I receive my 10% reward?

When you have hit your £250 spend target you will qualify for the 10% offer reward. This will be added to the 'My Offers' section of your account within the Morrisons More app or website within 72 hours of completing the campaign. The reward will require activation in order to be applied to your shop.

If you have not received your 10% offer reward by the end of the campaign and have completed the required spend please complete the enquiry form and one of our customer services team will look into this for you.
