What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

You will need to action this yourself online. This is to prevent fraud and to protect your security.

Log into your Morrisons More Account here.

Alternatively you can go to the My Account section in the Morrisons More App on your phone and select Replace/Cancel Card then choose Report Card as lost or stolen.

We'll cancel it and send a new card, with a new number. Once reported lost or stolen, the old card becomes invalid and can't be used. But don't worry, all of your More Points will be transferred to your new card, safe and sound. If you are using the Morrisons More App on your phone, a new digital card will be issued and you can start to use that within a few hours. We will have your new plastic card and key fobs to you to within 10-14 days.

Please remember to keep your receipts until your new card arrives. When you receive your new card our staff in store will be happy to add the points to your card.

What should I do if my More card is damaged?

If you have a damaged card, to prevent fraud and to protect your security you have to request a new card yourself online.

You can use the the app or login into your Morrisons More Card account here.

You can continue to collect points by using the digital card contained in the Morrisons More Card app on your phone while you wait for a replacement plastic card.

If you prefer to wait for your plastic card, please remember to keep your receipts until your new card arrives. When you receive your new card our staff in store will be happy to add the points to your card. Your new card will be with you in around 10-14 days

How do I request a new card?

To replace your More card you just need to use one of the following simple options.

Via website www.morrisons.com:

  1. Click on the 'More Tab' on our website
  2. Login with the Email & Password combination you entered when registering.
  3. Click on 'My Account'
  4. Select Replace/Cancel Card
  5. Click on 'Report my card as lost or stolen' if you have lost your card
  6. Click on 'Request a replacement for a damaged card' if you have damaged your card
  7. Click on 'Cancel Card' if you would like to no longer be in the scheme

Via the More Card application:

  1. Go to the Morrisons More application on your IOS or Android device.
  2. Login with the Email & Password combination you entered when registering.
  3. Click on the yellow human Icon
  4. Select Replace/Cancel Card
  5. Click on 'Report my card as lost or stolen' if you have lost your card
  6. Click on 'Request a replacement for a damaged card' if you have damaged your card
  7. Click on 'Cancel Card' if you would like to no longer be in the scheme

Don't worry if you have marked the card as lost or damaged a new card will be with you no later than 10 days with all your points on it.

Note

Remember while waiting for your card your can use the Digital Version of your card on your More App - Simply click login to your More application, click on the card icon and scan your device instead of the card while your waiting.
