How do I change my E-mail address?

In Just a few steps you can change your email address online.

Simply click on the Groceries Tab on our website and use the following steps to change your email address.

  1. Click on 'My Account'
  2. Click on 'Account Settings'
  3. Re-enter your More account Password and press 'confirm'
  4. Click on 'Login & Password'
  5. You will be then asked to pop in your New Email address and Current password.
  6. Once this has been added simply press Save changes

You now have a new email on your account.

How do I change my postal address?

We have 2 very simple ways you can update your postal address for your  My Morrisons account.

On our website:

1) Click on the 'My Morrisons Tab' on our website
2) Login with the Email & Password combination you entered when registering.
3) Click on 'My Account'
4) Click on 'Edit my details' - Here you can also manage your voucher preferences.
5) You can now edit your address, don't forget to press save!


Through our More Card application:

1) Go to the My Morrisons application on your iOS or Android device.
2) Login with the Email & Password combination you entered when registering.
3) Click on the yellow human Icon
4) Click on 'Edit my Details'
5) You can now edit your address, don't forget to press update details to save.

How do I opt in for Clubs?

You can opt into one of our My Morrisons Clubs through your My Morrisons account. These allow you to take part in certain marketing events where you will receive fantastic offers on some of your favourite products.

To opt into our clubs

1) Head over to the more website and login with your My Morrisons account Email & Password combination
2) Click on 'Clubs' This is located next to your Offers.
3) You will be given a list of clubs you can opt in for, to join simply click on 'Join Club' on the club you would like to sign up for.

Why can't I see or manage my Digital Saver stamps through my My Morrisons account?

You can view and manage your Saver Stamps online to spread the cost of Chritsmas from January to December in just a few simple steps.

To opt in for your Digitail Saver stamps, follow the below simple steps and you'll be collecting in no time:

1) Head over to the Morrisons website and log in with your My Morrisons account email & password combination
2) Click on 'Clubs' This is located next to your Offers.
3) You will be given a list of clubs you can opt in for, click on 'Join Now' next to the 'Christmas Savers' Logo.
4) Here you will be able to select how you would like to receive your digital Savers Stamps in October when they're due.
The options are:

Print at the Till.
1) Load to your card so the vouchers come off your shopping bill instore
3) Receive an E-code to use online.
4) Press Register.

Simply click on 'View Transaction History' to get a break down of your savers stamps. Your current total will be with the Large Circle at the top of the screen and will also remind you how close you're to receive a bonus for the amount you have saved with us.

How do I amend my marketing preferences?

We have lots or exciting promotions we implement through the My Morrisons card so we can give customers that little extra for their loyalty. These can be campaigns of coupons or emails, that print in store, are emailed, sent to your home address or you activate through your My Morrisons app. It is purely up to you if you would like to take part in these.

When you complete your initial registration, when popping in your details you will be asked if you would like to 'Receive personalised offers, Money off Coupons and updates from all our Services.' If this box was selected you're already opted in to marketing. If not, please follow the two ways below and you will start receiving Customised offers to get you that much quicker to your £5 Voucher.

To Amend your Marketing Preferences through your More account on our website

  1. Login to your My Morrisons Account here:- www.morrisons.com/mymorrisons
  2. Click on 'My Account'
  3. Click on 'Manage My Preferences'
  4. Click on 'Marketing Preferences'
    You will be asked for your My Morrisons Account Login details again, pop these in, tick the i'm not a robot box and press Log in.
  5. You will now see the types of Marketing you can opt in for, these include Email, Research (Taking part in Surveys and services & be first to try new products) Post and Coupons at the Till. Select which ones you would like and press 'Click to Save your Preferences.'
  6. Your preferences are now saved and once opted in we can look at the type of promotions that are right for your card behaviour and send these to you.
