How do I join a My Morrisons Club?

You can opt into one of our My Morrisons Clubs through your My Morrisons account. These allow you to take part in certain marketing events where you will receive fantastic offers on some of your favourite products.

To opt into our clubs:

  1. Head over to the My Morrisons website and login with your My Morrisons account Email & Password combination. 
  2. Click on 'Clubs'. This is located next to your Offers.
  3. You will be given a list of clubs you can opt into. To join, simply click - 'Join Club' on the club you would like to sign up for.

How do I Claim My NHS Discount?

From 18th October 2021 we’ll be changing the way NHS discount users can claim their 10% discount.

From this date all NHS club members need to be part of My Morrisons NHS Club and have the My Morrisons app downloaded in order to receive the discount.

At the checkout be sure to scan your NHS Barcode (this can be found on the club section of your app) to receive your discount. Don't forget to scan your My Morrisons card also to receive your personlised offers.

I do not have the My Morrisons App

From the 18th October, you need to join the NHS Club and download the My Morrisons app where you can access the in-app barcode. Scan the barcode at the till for 10% off your shopping. You will no longer be able to present your NHS badge. Discount is valid until the 31st December 2021.

How do I sign up for the NHS Club

You can opt into one of our My Morrisons Clubs through your My Morrisons account. This will allow you to take part in certain marketing events where you will receive fantastic offers on some of your favourite products.

  1. Head over to the My Morrisons website and login with your My Morrisons account Email & Password combination.
  2. Click on 'Clubs' This is located next to your Offers.
  3. You will be given a list of clubs you can opt in for, to join simply click on 'Join Club' on the club you would like to sign up for.

When opting into the My Morrisons NHS Club you will be asked to enter your NHS email address. Once you have completed this an activation email will be sent to your NHS email. You will need to verify this email in order to complete your sign up to the NHS club.

What if I do not have a NHS Email Address

To be part of our NHS club you do need a valid NHS email address and be signed up to the My Morrisons App

If you do not have a valide NHS Email address, we can help you to sign up. On your next visit to store pop along to our customer services desk with your valid NHS identification along with another picture form of identification where staff will be more than happy to help sign you up.

You do need to be a My Morrisons App user for us to support you signing up, so please ensure you have a My Morrisons Account, and the App downloaded to your phone, before you visit the store to complete signing up.

I have not received my NHS discount

We are unable to retrospectively apply your discount. To be sure that you recieve your 10% discount going forward, you need to be part of the NHS club.

To sign up:

  1.  Head over to the My Morrisons website and login with your My Morrisons account Email & Password combination
  2.  Click on 'Clubs'. This is located next to your Offers.
  3. You will be given a list of clubs you can opt in to. To join simply click on 'Join Club' on the NHS club you would like to sign up for.
  4. When opting into the My Morrisons NHS Club you will be asked to enter your NHS email address. Once you have completed this an activation email will be sent to your NHS email. You will need to verify this email in order to complete your sign up to the NHS club.

I have not received the activation email to complete my sign up for NHS Club

To be part of our NHS Club, a valid NHS email is required when you sign up on our My Morrisons Club Page. Please check that you have used a valid email address.

If you have used a valid address, please check your Junk and Spam folders to confirm whether or not the verification email has been diverted to one of these.

If you can still not find your email, please contact your account administrator in case the email has been blocked and can be released.
