You can sign in using your existing Morrisons groceries account details & link your account to use with Nutmeg. Alternatively you can sign up with a new email address.

How can I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your Nutmeg order log in to your Nutmeg account & click ‘My Orders’.

You’ll also receive email updates on the progress of your order once your items are shipped & dispatched.

How do I update my account details?

To update your Nutmeg account details including delivery & billing addresses, log in to your Nutmeg account and click ‘My Account’ & ‘Manage address’.

How do I return an order & get a refund?

If you would like to return a Nutmeg item you have bought online, simply return the item within 30 days of receipt.  You will need to provide proof of purchase, which is in your parcel and we will return the cost of your purchase. 


If you have simply changed your mind and no longer require the item, you can still return it  but the item must be returned in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described. Please see our terms and conditions of sale for more information regarding the return of any faulty or not as described items received.


We have 3 options for you to return your unwanted item(s):

  • To any Morrisons store - Free
  • Return by Post - at your cost
  • Return via Hermes - fixed price of £2.97

I want to cancel my order

Once you’ve placed your Nutmeg order, you’re unable to cancel it.

Once you’ve received your items however, you are able to return these for a full refund. To find out more information on your return options click here

I’m having issues paying for my order

Once you’ve placed a Nutmeg order & payment is successful, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order reference. 

If your Nutmeg order payment isn’t successful, you’ll be prompted to try again.

To check the status of your order login into your Nutmeg account & click ‘My Orders’

If an order confirmation email wasn't received or you can’t see the order online, but a payment is pending your order may not have been successful. Pending payments will generally drop off within 5-7 days.
