Why have I only just been charged for my shop?
You may have noticed that the payment for your recent shop (placed between 1st November and 12th December) has not yet been taken.
This is due to an issue with the card payments processor affecting payments on Mastercard only. As such, any outstanding payments will be taken from Thursday 23rd January, which will appear on your bank statement as a Morrisons transaction as usual.
The reliability of the payment process is of critical importance to us and we are working hard with Mastercard to ensure a processing delay like this does not happen again. The technical issue has now been resolved and future card payments are being processed within the normal timescales.
