Where do I collect my Christmas Food to Order?

All customers will receive a reminder email on the 21st of December confirming your collection location. Collections will be carried out side of stores this year in either a Garden Centre or Trolley Shelter outside of the store.

Why are Christmas Food to Order collections outside this year?

As Morrison’s continues its efforts against Covid, all food to order collections will be carried out in either our garden centre or trolley shelter. Your reminder email will provide an example of your store's collection location.

What tender can I use to pay for my Customer order?

Due to COVID-19 and Morrisons continued efforts against the spread of COVI-19, stores will only accept payment by card only for outstanding balance.

Can I use my vouchers and savers stamps when collecting my Christmas Food to Order?

Ours stores will accept savers stamps and Vouchers. Your collection process may take a little longer than expected to do collections being outside this year as we may need to take your order inside and perform collections on a till. This will ensure we keep everyone safe this Christmas.

Can I cancel my Christmas Food to Order?

Yes, but the deposit is not refundable. You can contact Customer Services on 0345 611 6111 to cancel your order.

Can I turn up at any time to collect my order?

Customers can only collect their order during their selected time slot due to social distancing. We wish to keep everyone safe this Christmas and therefore have a safe number of customers to a dedicated collection slot.

How has Morrisons made collecting my order safe and supporting social distancing?

The customer collection point has been moved outside of the store. To meet government guidelines, the customer per time slot has been reduced to a maximum of 20 per 25 minutes, as this allows for social distancing between customers and colleagues.
