How do I choose my collection time and store?

Choose a Morrisons location, date and time for your collection. You can do this before you start and change your store during your shop to check product availability in different locations.

Our collection days are split across 4 days. 21st - 24th December.

When does the order book close?

The order book is open from the 05/10/2021 to 14/12/2021. Please note, on the 14th of December the order book closes at 22:00 pm.

You can amend/cancel your order up until the cancellation date,14/12/2021. Please note, after this time we are unable to offer a refund on your deposit.

How can I amend my order?

You can amend your order, collection store and time slot by logging into your account on my.morrisons.com/foodtoorder.

To change your collection time slot, click the ‘Change collection slot’ button, and follow the instructions to select a convenient new time. If you need to change any of the items in your Christmas food order, click the ‘edit order’ button on the order history page. You'll then be able to add and remove items, or change the quantities you've ordered.

To confirm your changes we will send you an email.

Why is it important for my contact details to be up to date?

We will send multiple communications to you regarding your order, this includes order confirmation, amendment confirmation, collection reminder emails and electronic receipt for Christmas orders. In the unlikely event, our customer service team may wish to contact you.

Where can I collect my order?

You can collect from the majority of our supermarkets across England, Wales and Scotland. See which stores are available on the "Book a collection" page.

As Morrison’s continues its efforts against Covid, all food to order collections will be carried out in either our garden centre or trolley shelter. Your reminder email will provide an example of your store's collection location.

You will receive a reminder email on the day before collection confirming your collection location. Collections will be carried out side of stores this year in either a garden centre or trolley shelter outside of the store.

Additional Collection Information

As the collection points are outside this year, we advise all customers to dress appropriately and be prepared for all weather conditions.

As we continue to make our customers and colleagues health and safety a priority, the customer per time slot has been reduced. This allows for social distancing between customers and colleagues.

What time can I collect my order?

Customers can only collect their order during their selected time slot due to social distancing. We wish to keep everyone safe this Christmas and therefore have a safe number of customers to a dedicated collection slot.

What tender can I use to pay for my Customer order?

Stores will only accept payment by card only for outstanding balance.

We are pleased to say that we are able to offer the Key workers discount on your Christmas Food to Order collection.

Can I use my vouchers and savers stamps when collecting my Christmas Food to Order?

Unfortunately our Vouchers and Savers Stamps will not be accepted at the collection point this year. These however, can be applied to your grocery shop in store.
