How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online within your account if you placed your Food to Order via our website. Alternatively, you can complete the enquiry form below.

What should I do if I can't find my order confirmation?

Don't worry if you haven't received or can't find your order confirmation.

If you purchased online, you can log in online and retrieve your order number for collection by clicking on "My Orders".


If you placed your order in store, then all you have to do is turn up at the time you booked when placing the order.

Can I have my order delivered?

Food To Order is a collection service. When ordering, you'll need to let us know which Morrisons store you’d like to pick your order up from (either online or on the order form in our catalogue) and book a convenient time slot. We’ll confirm this by email.
