How is my Food Presented?

Our freshly made Food to Order products such as Platters and Cakes will be displayed in presentable recyclable trays so even if you don't have time to set the table, we have got you covered.

Some of our Canapes and finger foods will be in a sealed packaging similar to in store with a full list of instructions on how to reheat the product if you would like this warm, still maintaining that fresh taste.

All foods labelled as 'Ready to cook' will be presented in pre-packed recycable wrappers or trays including cooking and storage information so the product is as tasty and fresh as possible for you.

Why can I only pay a £20 deposit?

You can currently only pay £20 towards your Food to order for the deposit, this helps when emergency's happen at short notice, then if you cancel the order you're not waiting up to 5 - 7 days for a large refund to go into your account. You only have to wait for £20 of it.

We also only accept a £20 deposit when paying online due to the nature of the products we sell. Sometimes our products will be a slightly different price when you come to collect as they're priced per unit weight. This just makes sure there's no surprises when picking up your order.

Should you be unable to cancel your order within the given notice period, the deposit can be kept due to the costs associated with distribution of the products to store already being actioned. We keep the deposit as minimal as possible should we need to retain this when notice period isn’t given. Not to worry though as long as you cancel within the notice period outlined in your confirmation email the deposit is refunded within 5 to 7 days later.

How do I collect my order?

Simply pop into store on the date & time agreed, this will be advised on your confirmation email. Our dedicated staff will collect your order and bring this to the till point so you can pay for the remainder of your order and be provided with a receipt.

Can I use More Vouchers to pay for my Order?

Of course you can use your vouchers on your Food to Order, these can't be currently used for the inital deposit payment but can be used on the remaining of the bill in store. We are currently looking at accomodating this on our Food to order facility online as soon as we can.

Why can I not select a date over 2 months away?

We try to keep our Food To Order range as fresh and as current as possible, this can change depending on the season or customer demand so we're always providing products our customers want at that time. Due to this certain dates may not be available in the future, this is just so you know what stock is available at the time of your order, we can give you more choice and you will receive all the yummy food you're expecting when coming into store.

Can I add or remove items from my order?

Simply visit the 'My Account' area at if you placed your order online, or, if you placed your order in-store you can call customer services on 0345 611 6111 or visit customer services in store.

What do I need to bring with me when collecting my order?

When you come to collect your order in store we'll need your order reference number and full name (the order number can be found in your emails and in 'My account' if you order online. Please also bring a print out of your confirmation email or an email on your mobile device or your confirmation slip. It is important to stick to your collection slot so we can keep queues to a minimum.

Can I have my order delivered?

Food To Order is a collection service. When ordering, you'll need to let us know which Morrisons store you’d like to pick your order up from (either online or on the order form in our catalogue) and book a convenient time slot. We’ll confirm this by email.

What should i do if i can't find my order confirmation?

Don't worry if you havent received or cant find your order confirmation.

If you purchassed online, you can log in online and retrieve your order number for collection by clicking on "My Orders". 

If you purchased instore then all you have to do is turn up at the time you booked for when placing the order.
