Where in the App can I scan a receipt?

You can upload a receipt in the Fivers section of the app.

Go to Fivers > Digital Receipts, and at the top of the screen, tap on ‘Forgot to Scan?


From there, you can either scan the barcode at the bottom of your paper receipt or manually enter the barcode number.

How many receipts can I upload per month?

You can upload up to 12 receipts per month. If you try to upload more than this, you'll receive an error message letting you know the receipt couldn't be added.

Tip: For quicker scanning at checkout in the future, add your More Card to your Apple or Google Wallet for easy access.

Will I get all my rewards if I upload a receipt?

Yes, all rewards will be applied as More Card Points.

This includes rewards from More Card Exclusives, Pounds off offers, percentage discounts, and free products, these will be converted into points and listed in your More Points History and Digital Receipt.

Will I get any spend toward my Collector if I upload a receipt?

Yes, Collector spend will be added if a Collector campaign was live at the time of your shop.

Will I get any spend toward my Points Boosters if I upload a receipt?

Yes, spend towards Points Boosters will be added as long as your receipt includes qualifying items.

Will I get a digital receipt for a receipt I upload?

Yes. Once your physical receipt has been uploaded, a digital receipt will appear in the More App.

Why won't my receipt upload successfully?

Your receipt can only be uploaded if:

  • A More Card was not already scanned at the time of purchase
  • You have not exceeded the 12 receipts per month limit
