How do I earn Points?

You will be able to earn points when you buy selected products in store and online. Keep an eye out in store and on the Morrisons More app for the latest offers and to see how you can build up your points balance.

You will also be able to earn 5 points for every litre of fuel purchased in our petrol filling stations.

Remember to scan your card at checkout to earn your points. It may take up to 72 hours for points from onine and fuel points to appear in your account.

Do my points expire?

Each month, any unused Morrisons More Points on your account which have not yet been converted into £5 vouchers (Fivers), will expire within 12 months after the month in which they have been earned.

If a Morrisons More card has not been swiped in store or used online for more than 52 weeks, the More Points will be removed from the account.

Where can I view my Points Balance?

You can check your More Points balance:

  1. More App - Visit the Home Screen and Fivers Section of the app to view your More Points balance and how many More Points you have to earn until your next More Fiver.
  2. Login to your Morrisons More account page.
  3. Every receipt from a shop where you use your Morrisons More card will show your More Points balance as of yesterday and your More Points earned in the current transaction.

How many points do I need to earn a £5 Voucher

When you reach 5,000 points, you will earn a fiver.

If you are a card-only customer and do not use the Morrisons More App, your Fiver will automatically print out at the till when you hit 5,000 points. Your Fiver will be valid for 12 months from the day it is printed.

If you are a Morrisons More app customer, you can choose when you'd like to convert your Points into a Fiver, so you can either redeem on your next shop or save them up for an important occasion! You can choose to redeem your Fiver in-store digitally or online via an e-code.

How do I redeem my Voucher?

If you are a Morrisons physical card user, when you reach 5000 points you will receive a Fiver at the till which you can then use on your next shop, just hand to the cashier at checkout. Your Fiver will be valid for 12 months from the date it prints.

If you are a Morrisons More app customer, request to load your Fiver to your digital card, simply swipe your card at checkout and the More Fiver will be deducted from your total.

If you choose to convert to an e-code , simply enter the e-code at the online checkout and the More Fiver will be deducted from your total.

Can I save my £5 vouchers?

Once your points have been converted into a fiver, you will have 12 months to redeem it.

If you have the Morrisons More app, you can save your points and choose when you'd like to convert these into a fiver.

More Fivers will only expire once printed or converted from points.

No, unfortunately points cannot be added retrospectively.

Does my old points balance from my previous Morrisons More card get reinstated?

No, the scheme is a new scheme and not linked to the previous Loyalty scheme.

I have not received the points for my fuel

To earn points on fuel, you must scan your card at the pump or in the kiosk when you pay. Points may take up to 72 hours to display in the app. If you still haven't received your points after this time, please complete the form or chat to us live.

I have not received points on a promotion

To receive points on a promotion you need to:

  • Ensure your Morrisons More Card Is Scanned - we are unable to apply the points retrospectively if the card was not scanned.
  • Buy the correct items within any given Products points promotion.
  • Fuel and online customers should allow 72 hours for the points to be applied after you have received your delivery or click and collect order.
