How do I start booking and earning?

Earning More points with Morrisons Travel is quick and easy, follow the below steps and start earning today:

  • Access Morrisons Travel via your More App or Morrisons.com.
  • Search 1000’s of holidays, Flights, Hotels, Car Hire and Experiences powered by our partner Expedia.
  • Once you have found what you are looking for, select ‘book now’ which will prompt the payment process.
  • When prompted, enter your 19 digit More card number - you can find this on your More Card or in your More App.
  • Once you have checked out you will receive a booking confirmation email from Expedia.
  • Your More Points will then be visible in the pending points section of the More App within 48 hours.

Is it more expensive to shop via Morrisons Travel than Expedia directly?

No, you’ll never pay higher prices when you book through Morrisons Travel. You'll get the added benefit of earning More Points on every qualifying purchase, ultimately saving you more money when you shop with Morrisons.

Are my More Points immediately credited to my More account?

When you book through Morrisons Travel the transaction will appear in your more card transaction history as pending points within 48hrs of your completed purchase.

This can be found in the ‘More Points History’ section of the More App. These points will be awarded to your More account up to 35 days post trip and be available to redeem in store or online.

Note

If you book car hire through Morrisons Travel and pay at the point of collection, it can take up to 90 days for the points to be awarded post hire. If changes are made to your booking ahead of your trip the 'Pending Points' status will change to reflect this. You can view changes in the ‘More Points History’ section of the More App.

If I am a member of a hotel's own loyalty programme, will I still earn More Points?

Yes, you will still earn More Points if you book through Morrisons Travel via our co-branded website managed by Expedia.

How do I know how many More Points I'll earn?

On the Morrisons Travel website, you'll be able to see exactly how many More Points you'll earn for each booking.

As travel prices can change regularly, the number of points you earn may vary depending on the price at the time you book or whether your booking a hotel, car hire, flights or activities.

Will I earn More Points for shipping/handling or tax included in my transaction?

More Points are not earned on shipping, handling, tax, or the purchase and/or use of gift vouchers, which for avoidance of doubt, includes gift cards, gift certificates, or any other similar cash equivalents for Morrisons or Expedia.com.

What happens if I cancel my booking?

You can cancel bookings at any time and refunds will be subject to terms and conditions. However, you will not earn More Points for any cancelled or refunded bookings.

If you cancel a purchase after More Points have been awarded to you, we reserve the right to deduct such points from your account.

What happens if I amend my booking?

You can amend your booking in accordance with the terms set by the travel provider you booked with. You will need your booking reference and the surname of the main traveller to do this.

If the More Points eligible for the booking change as a result of this, the changes will be visible in the ‘More Points History’ section of the More App.

I forgot to add my More card number, can I still earn points?

No. Your More Card number must be entered at the point of booking for us to be able to award More Points. Please be sure to enter this on all future bookings.
