Post Activation of Offers

Yes! If you purchased the qualifying item in your last shop, you can still activate the offer and receive your reward.

Please remember, your last shop includes any transaction where you swiped your More Card. For example, if you bought fuel after your store shop, the fuel purchase will count as your last shop.

Go to the My Offers section in the More App

• Scroll to the bottom and tap ‘Did you forget to activate offers?’
• Select the offer you’d like to apply
• Tap ‘Activate for last shop’

You’ll see a confirmation that your request is being processed.

If your offer was successfully applied to your last shop:

• The points will be added to your balance
• Your More Points history will be updated and will show a description of 'Offer activated after shop'. This is to allow you to easily see the offer has been applied.
• The offer will be removed from your 'My Offers' section

If the offer wasn’t successfully applied, it usually means your last shop didn’t qualify. The offer will remain in the 'My Offers' section and can be used in a future shop (before it expires).
