What has changed to the loyalty scheme and app?

Our loyalty scheme has been rebranded to Morrisons More. Our new & improved loyalty scheme will now offer our customers some more great ways to earn rewards with Morrisons.

More Points - Earn More Points when you buy selected products in store, online, and on every litre of fuel. When you get to 5000 Points, we'll give you a Fiver to spend with us.

More Savings - Access exclusive discounts simply by scanning your card or app. Check the app or in store for the latest offers and see how much you could save.

More Rewards - Regular, personalised coupons just for you, found in the app or printed at the till. They could be anything from money off your next shop to free treats we think you'll love.

Why has the loyalty scheme changed?

We want to give our loyal customers More... That's why the Morrisons More scheme is back, and More Points are back too! We've listened to our customers and are making changes to improve the appeal & relevance of our offers.

You can now earn points on selected products in store, online and even on every litre of fuel. Once you get to 5000 points, you can convert your points into Fivers to spend in store or online.

Nothing else has changed as the card number is still the same, so you can continue swiping and start earning!

Does the loyalty scheme have a new name?

Yes. My Morrisons is now Morrisons More! Please ensure you update your My Morrisons app to the latest version to make sure you have access to the latest features. If you're set up for automatic app updates, you don't need to do anything!

I am a new customer, do I need to download the app and register?

Yes. You will need to download the Morrisons More app or head over to Morrisons.com and click on the Morrisons More link, simply register for a new account and follow the joining instructions.

Will I have access to everything I had before on the existing app?

Yes. Everything from the existing app will be on the new app, as well as exciting new features. We have improved our navigation and menus to help you find Services quicker and easier. You will have access to the following features:

More Card - Now visible from the home screen

Wallet - Displays the points you have earned so far and how many to go until you reach your next £5 voucher. Contains transaction history showing where points were awarded, converted into vouchers and redeemed.

Points Section - Displays all points related missions

Store Finder - Ability to find, set and change home store

Personalised Offers - Find & activate all of your personalised offers

Clubs - Details on our Christmas Savers, NHS, Teacher, Baby, Student clubs

Services - Links to Morrisons.com, Food to Order, Click and Collect and other useful services

Basket Bonus - By swiping your digital card you may be able to unlock a bonus offer.

When will I receive my new Morrisons More card & how?

Existing physical card customers who do not use the app will receive a brand new Morrisons More card by the end of June, through the post. If you do not receive your new card after this time, please fill in the form or chat to us live.

You can continue to use your old card until you receive your new one as your card number will remain the same.

Don't forget, if you use the app you won't receive a new card, just continue to swipe your digital card and make sure your app is up to date.

Why do we have a new card?

We are making improvements to our scheme.

If you are a physical card customer and don't use the app, we''ll send you a new card in the post.

You can continue to use your old card until you receive your new one as your card number will remain the same, or you could download the Morrisons More app to access your digital card.

If you are an app user your digital card will be updated with the new branding within the app.

We changed the name to Morrisons More and introduced More Points and More Fivers on the 22nd May 2023.

Will I get points on all my shopping and everything I spend in store?

No. You will be able to earn points on selected products and counters in store and online, which will change regularly. Keep an eye out in store and on the Morrisons More app for the latest offers and to see how you can build up your points balance.

You will also be able to earn 5 points for every litre of fuel purchased in our petrol filling stations.

What do I do with my old More / My Morrisons card?

If you receive a new card in the post, please cut up your old More or My Morrisons card and dispose of it.

You can continue to use your old card until you receive your new one as your card number will remain the same, or if you are a digital customer your card is already available within the app to scan at the checkout.

Your new card will automatically be linked to your online account. All your details have already been transferred onto your new More Card, so you don't have to do anything. Your account number remains the same and your new card is ready to use.
