With Morrisons More, we are always listening to our valued customers, taking feedback on how we can improve the experience. What we've heard is that you'd like your rewards to be immediate, including discounts and money off your next shop. We also learned that you want to give back to your local community and to support environmental causes by going paper and plastic free wherever possible.
So that's what we've done. You are now able to enjoy instant discounts and money-off offers rather than points.
Don't worry you will still be able to scan your physical More card at the checkout, so we can tailor your promotions to you, however to take part in the promotions you will need to use your More App on your mobile phone or create an online account. Don't worry if you don't have a smartphone we will send you an email with your weekly offers, you can then login to your online account and activate the offers you like, these offers will be loaded directly to your card. So all you need to do in store is swipe your card.

As we've changed from points to instant discounts and money-off offers, you'll no longer earn More Points when you shop in store, in the Café, at fuel stations and through gift cards. No more waiting for vouchers, we'll give you the pounds off instantly, instead.

Customers tell us they want to give back to their communities and support the environment by living plastic and paper-free, where possible. In response we are removing points and moving to a money off and instant rewards based programme delivered through the More App on your mobile phone & website.
Morrisons More Card scheme has changed from a points based card scheme to a money off and instant rewards based programme delivered through the More App on your mobile phone & website. Morrisons More Points are no longer applied to your shop, instore and online and including Cafe, giftcards and fuel. You can continue to use your Morrisons More Card to receive personalised offers based on what you buy plus many more benefits:

The change came into effect on the 10th May 2021. We wil be keeping our customers updated via email and letter in the coming weeks on how the new scheme will work.
Until the 9th May 2021 everything remains the same, you will continue to earn points, redeem £5 vouchers and receive personalised offers instore, online and through the More App.
You need to continue to present your physical card at the checkout or digital card when you shop so we can continue to send you personal offers relevant to you. In order to view these offers you need to download the App or login to your online account where you can activate the offers you like. You will no longer earn points.
You can continue to use your physical More card and/or your digital More card if you already have one. However, in our commitment to reducing plastic waste we are phasing out plastic cards. If your card is lost, damaged or stolen we will not send out a new replacement card. Instead, you will need to download the App to access your digital card.
Any points on your account will remain valid until the 9th August 2021. From now until 9 August 2021 you will need to do the following:
1. If you choose to save your £5 vouchers, you will need to request your £5 voucher(s) via the app / online account. Any remaining points will be void (For example, if you have a balance of 6,500 points you can redeem 5,000 points but the remaining 1,500 points will be void as More points do not have any monetary value).
2. If you have your £5 vouchers set to automatically print in store you do not need to do anything, if you are due a £5 voucher this will print automatically when you next present your More Card. Any points below the value of 5000 will be void ( More points do not have any monetary value until a balance of 5000 points is reached).
Your vouchers will be available for you to request until 9th August 2021 and you can use in the usual ways:
If you have printed your £5 vouchers these will be valid for 56 weeks from the date they printed and can be used as before at the till.
If you save your vouchers you will need to log into your App / Online account and request your vouchers to use in store or Online. £5 vouchers will be valid for 56 weeks from requested / printed date.
Any remaining vouchers on your account after the 9th August 2021 will become void.
Yes, from the 10th of May 2021 you have 30 days to claim your points for any receipts you have which are for transactions prior to the 10th May via any in-store Customer Service desk. You may not add points from more than 2 receipts in any 14 day period. (as per current T&C).
From the 8th June 2021 you will no longer be able to claim points.

No, we are really focused on the environment and reducing our plastic waste and to help with this our More card will move to digital only. You will need to download the Morrisons More App and your digital card will be available within the App.
Our digital saver stamps will not change this year, however to support our goal in reducing paper waste we would really like you to change your preference on your clubs to receive your stamps digitally, this way you have the option to use online or in store.

You will continue to receive great offers & promotions from Morrisons based on what you buy. These offers will be money-off which you can redeem instantly. No, once you have requested your voucher as either print at till, loaded to More Card or an Evoucher you can not change it to receive it in a different way.
We want to reward our More customers for their loyalty and don't want anyone to lose out. We will be soon advising on what we will be doing for our customers with remaining points balances.
£5 More Vouchers are valid for 56 weeks from the time at which you request them. You must just convert your points to £5 vouchers before the 9th August, Your £5 vouchers will still be valid for your Christmas Shop. You can also take part in our Digital Christmas Savers scheme where you can save money all year round and earn an extra bonus at the end of the year just in time for the festivities.
