Why are there 2 Morrisons Groceries apps?

Whilst we make important changes to our online service, we currently have two separate Morrisons Groceries apps to cover our different delivery zones.

The app you’ll need to use depends on your postcode.

Please download our white Morrisons Groceries app first to check if we deliver to your postcode through this app.

If we don't, then not to worry as we cover 99% of UK postcodes, so please download our green Morrisons Groceries app and search on that app instead.

If you want to Click & Collect anywhere in the country please use our green Morrisons Groceries app to find your closest store.

Which app do I use for Click & Collect orders?

Click & Collect orders can be booked in the green Morrisons Groceries app or our website.

This service is available nationally, you can use your postcode to see the store closest to you.

Do I have to go to the main website to check out an order?

You can check out an order using your Morrisons Grocery App, but for security reasons your payment details must be registered on our website first.

If you've just registered with Morrisons and you're using your mobile device to do your very first shop, you'll need to go to the website to store your payment details and checkout.

Once you've completed that first shop (or if you're an existing customer with stored payment details), you can check out using the app.

How do I access detailed product information?

The majority of our products have 'back of pack' information, which will give you more detail about a particular product. This can be found by clicking on the product and scrolling down.

I have moved address and the app I use says I can’t add my new address?

It is likely that your new address is serviced via our other app.

If you’ve tried our white Morrisons Groceries app first, then download the green Morrisons Groceries app.

Once you have downloaded the green Morrisons Groceries app and logged in, you can add your new home delivery address. Click here for a step by step guide.

If you were originally using the green Morrisons Groceries app, then please download the white Morrisons Groceries app. Currently you are unable to change your address yourself, so please give our contact centre a call on 0345 611 6111 and they will change your address for you.

I want to temporarily order to another address, but it says you don't deliver to that address?

We cover 99% of UK postcodes so it’s likely that we deliver to this address, however this address could be serviced via our other app.

In order to make sure we can continue to deliver to your home address we would advise to either register for a new Morrisons Groceries account for this order with a new email address, or use our Click & Collect service.

By adding a temporary address on the app you don’t currently use, it will move you to our other platform, which may then mean you can’t place orders to your home address.

If this does happen please give our contact centre a call on 0345 611 6111 and they will be able to update your account by resetting your address.

I can’t book deliveries on either of the Morrisons Groceries apps?

It may be that you have added a new or temporary address to the green Morrisons Groceries app, whilst your original home delivery postcode is serviced from the white Morrisons Groceries app.

By adding a new or temporary address on the app you don’t currently use, it will move you to our other platform, which may then mean you can’t place orders to your home address.

If this does happen please give our contact centre a call on 0345 611 6111 and they will be able to update your account by resetting your address.
